Tungsten and molybdenum materials for coating

　　Vacuum coating is a thin film material production technology with physical method. In the vacuum chamber, the material atoms is liquated from the heating source and coated on the surface of the object to be plated. This technique was first used in the production of optical lenses, such as navigation telescope lens. It is later extended to other functional films such as aluminum coated records, decorative coating and surface modification of materials etc. Vacuum evaporation, sputtering coating and ion plating are commonly called physical vapor deposition, which is the basic vacuum film preparation technology.

    The vacuum evaporation process, products of tungsten, molybdenum and its alloys are mainly used to be made into appropriate shape of boat shape foil or spiral shape of evaporation source and used to heat the material to be evaporated.

   In the process of sputtering plating, the solid surface is bombarded with high energy particle, and can make the particle on the surface of a solid obtain energy and escape from the surface and deposit on the substrate. The tungsten, molybdenum and their alloy products as coating material are made into cathode sputtering target material
