Training system:
The company attaches great importance to improving employees’ comprehensive quality and developing their professional skills. It invests a considerable amount of money in training every year, and arranges different training courses for different trainees, which cover basic professional skills, intermediate and advanced professional skills, advanced operation and management skills, etc..
